Firstly if I can mention the customer service, I flapped a little if I’m honest, because I’d realised that I’d set the delivery option to ‘collect from in-post’, as opposed to home address, then panicked a little further, because I couldn’t find the sent QR code. As I’m sure you’ve already gathered, I’m not the most tech savvy human in the world!
Yet I was met with the most brilliant and efficient customer care and support, that I’ve ever received (anywhere!). I received an instant response, and a personal one! Not with an automated/generic reply, which so many companies seem to rely on these days.
This was a personalised response, within a matter of minutes, and contained such helpful reassurance, guidance and signposting.
My questions were entirely answered, and in a sensitive and supportive manner.
I wasn’t made to feel like I’d taken their time.
It’s the kind of service you always hope to expect from a company, but which usually falls short - not here!
I received correspondence from Marianna, I believe, (sorry I’m terrible with remembering names), and this person is an absolute credit to the company. Flawless customer service! Even if the earrings I purchased weren’t beautiful, I’d return as a customer, based on the service provided, alone!

Oh my wow! So incredibly eye-catching and beautiful! I purchased the diamanté encrusted chubby hoops, and they genuinely shine bright like a diamond!
They are gorgeous! Extremely high quality. Usually I have fairly sensitive ears when wearing most jewellery at lengths of time - not with these! These provide comfort, while looking insanely pretty! They are a perfect fit; a nice length of hoop, not snug and not large and invasive. They compliment the face beautifully; and if like me, you like to wear hoops that aren’t too large, but are large enough to still be noticed; then these are the earrings for you. They look so sophisticated too. They offer a lovely level of shine, not garish and costume-jewellery like, these subtly sparkle away all by themselves, in all lights! They have a lovely quality weight/feel to them too, without feeling weighty. They feel sturdy and have a secure fit. You don’t feel as though these are at risk of becoming loose.
They’re perfect in every way, and even more beautiful in life. This is the first jewellery I’ve ordered online, where the pieces actually match the photographic description - They really are as good as they look! I will absolutely purchase more jewellery from you, and look forward to it!
Ooh and not forgetting to mention the lovely packaging! These were really thoughtfully and prettily packaged too! These were sent safely, and wrapped with great care.
