Christmas Returns

To make your Christmas stress free, we have extended our returns period for all Estella Bartlett products purchased on our website! Any purchases made between 15th November and 24th December 2021 can be returned until 28th January 2022. For returns to be accepted, items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Possible Delays on European Union Orders

DELAYS TO ITALY: Due to the current IT difficulties Poste Italiane are facing, all orders being shipped to Italy are facing severe delays. We are still shipping to Italy but please note your order may take longer to arrive. We thank you for your patience and please do not hesitate to contact our customer service should you have any questions.

Please note that due to the new trade deal agreement between the UK and the EU you might experience some delays with your order. Our Customer Service team are in constant communication with our logistic partners to try and minimise the transit time.

PLEASE NOTE: Estella Bartlett can accept no responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other than the addressee. All international deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or Signed For delivery, so please ensure there is a person present at your delivery address to sign for the order. Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling £ / Euros € / US Dollars $ depending on shipping address.

We’re not satisfied unless you’re 100% happy with your Estella Bartlett purchase. We will issue a refund on unused and unworn items (excluding earrings, unless faulty) returned within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure you request proof of postage and keep this safe until you hear from us. We’ll give you a full refund within 14 days of receiving your return, via the same method you used to pay. 

To return an item: Visit our online returns portal here and complete all the relevant details (Please include '#' before entering your order number). Then simply print out the returns label, attach it to the front of your package containing the items you wish to send back, and take it to your nearest Post Office. Please note, you will be responsible for covering the cost of postage for returned items unless the product is faulty. We advise that all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept returns unless signed for by a member of Estella Bartlett staff.
