As we approach the busiest time of year, international delivery services experience much higher volumes. To help ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas, we strongly recommend shopping as early as possible. As we're not in control of customs processing times, we can't currently guarantee an international delivery timeframe.
Christmas Extended Returns
To make your Christmas stress-free, we have extended our returns period for all Estella Bartlett products purchased on our website! Any purchases made between November 19th and December 24th 2025 can be returned until 31st January 2026. For returns to be accepted, items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
When you spend over £45, you can choose between free UK Standard Delivery or free Click & Collect.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Please note Royal Mail aims to deliver Express orders within 1-2 working days, but that's not a guaranteed timeframe. We are currently unable to refund the Express shipping rate for orders delivered after 2 business days.
Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday to be dispatched on the same day; orders placed after 2pm Friday will be shipped Monday, when the two business day delivery timeframe starts counting.
InPost Locker or Shop (3-5 working days) | £3.45
We are currently unable to refund postage fees if parcels aren't picked up within the 3-day window provided by InPost.
PLEASE NOTE: Estella Bartlett cannot accept responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other than the addressee. All international deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or Signed For delivery, so please ensure there is a person present at your delivery address to sign for the order. Please note that any duties and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling £ / Euros € / US Dollars $ depending on the shipping address.

Due to the new tariff rules imposed by the US government, we're currently unable to ship to the US. Please bear with us while we find a solution; we hope to resume US shipping soon!
Please note that due to the new trade deal agreement between the UK and the EU, you might experience some delays with your order. Our Customer Service team are in constant communication with our logistics partners to try and minimise the transit time.

Our returns & refunds policy is anchored on the 2015 Consumer Rights Act. Please note that this means we are only able to help with Estella Bartlett items purchased on our own website or at our brick-and-mortar shops. For any Estella Bartlett items purchased at other retailers, please reach out to the specific retailer where the item was purchased to enquire about their returns/replacement policy.
Please email hello@estellabartlett.com with your order number and photos/videos showing the fault so we can assess next steps. Please do not post the items back before contacting our customer service team.
Resolution depends on how long ago your order was placed. If less than a month has passed since placing your order, you'll be eligible for a replacement or a refund. If more than a month and less than a year has passed, you'll be eligible for a replacement or discount code equivalent in price. If more than a year has passed, unfortunately, we are unable to help.
We can issue a refund on unused and unworn items in their original packaging (excluding earrings, unless faulty, delivery charges, and personalised products, including charms and packaging) that are returned within 30 days of purchase. You must return each item in the same condition in which you received it, in its original packaging, to receive a refund.
The cost of postage to return the item(s) back to us is the customer’s responsibility, please ensure you request proof of purchase and keep this safe.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return, via the same method you used to pay. Please avoid emailing/calling about returns unless 14 days have elapsed since your parcel reached our warehouse.

2. Print out the returns forms and fill out the correct details
3. Include the form and item(s) you wish to return inside a parcel
4. Post the parcel to our returns address, which can be found on the returns form or here:

If you do not have a printer at home, please email us the completed return form and make sure to write down the order number on your package - if we receive returns without the order number, we won't know who to refund.
We strongly recommend sending the return using tracked delivery, as we are unable to accept returns unless signed for by a member of Estella Bartlett staff. The cost of posting the return is the customer’s responsibility.
