Royal Mail Strikes and Possible Delivery Delays

Due to the Royal Mail strikes, orders placed with standard delivery may face delays. All orders placed with Next Day Delivery will be sent with DPD instead. 

We are keeping up to date with all the information being sent from Royal Mail regarding the strike and we are doing the best we can to get your orders out and delivered on time. 

We appreciate these delays are disappointing and as a valued customer of Estella Bartlett, we are grateful for your continued patience during this period of adjustment.

Christmas Delivery 

To make sure you receive your orders to gift loved ones in time for Christmas, please check your final order date below (orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day):

Christmas Extended Returns

To make your Christmas stress free, we have extended our returns period for all Estella Bartlett products purchased on our website! Any purchases made between 1st November and 24th December 2022 can be returned until 31st January 2023. For returns to be accepted, items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Possible Delays on European Orders

Please note that due to the new trade deal agreement between the UK and the EU you might experience some delays with your order. Our Customer Service team are in constant communication with our logistic partners to try and minimise the transit time.

As a valued customer of Estella Bartlett, we appreciate these delays are disappointing and we are grateful to all our customers for their continued patience during this period of adjustment.

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day.

Free UK Standard Delivery will be applied automatically at checkout.

Royal Mail Next Working Day by 1pm Service (delivered next working day – excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) | £5.95 

Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday, orders placed before 2pm Friday will be delivered Monday.

Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

USA, Australia & Rest of the World

International Tracked (7-10 working days) | USD$14

PLEASE NOTE: Estella Bartlett can accept no responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other than the addressee. All international deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or Signed For delivery, so please ensure there is a person present at your delivery address to sign for the order. Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling £ / Euros € / US Dollars $ depending on shipping address.

Returns

We’re not satisfied unless you’re 100% happy with your Estella Bartlett purchase and our returns process could not be easier. We can issue a refund on unused and unworn items (excluding earrings, unless faulty, delivery charges and personalised packaging) that are returned within 30 days of purchase. The cost of postage to return the item(s) back to us is the customer’s responsibility, please ensure you request proof of purchase and keep this safe. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return, via the same method you used to pay.

If you would like to process a return, please follow these steps:

1. Download the returns form HERE
2. Print out the returns forms and fill out the correct details
3. Include the form and item(s) you wish to return inside a parcel
4. Post the parcel to our returns address which can be found on the returns form or here:

    If you do not have a printer at home, please email us the completed return form and write down the order number on your package instead.

    We strongly recommend sending the return using recorded delivery as we are unable to accept returns unless signed for by a member of Estella Bartlett staff. The cost of posting the return is the customer’s responsibility unless the item(s) is faulty.
