Standard delivery times may be longer during busy periods. Please place your order with Express Delivery if you need your order quicker. We are currently unable to refund shipping fees for orders that aren't delivered within the 3-5 working-day delivery estimate.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Please note Royal Mail aims to deliver Express orders within 1-2 working days, but that's not a guaranteed timeframe. We are currently unable to refund the Express shipping rate for orders delivered after 2 business days.
Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday to be dispatched on the same day; orders placed after 2pm Friday will be shipped Monday, when the two-business-day delivery estimate starts counting.
InPost Locker or Shop (3-5 working days) | £3.55
We are currently unable to refund postage fees if parcels aren't picked up within the 3-day window provided by InPost. We are also unable to refund shipping fees for orders that aren't delivered within the 3-5 working-day delivery estimate.
PLEASE NOTE: Estella Bartlett cannot accept responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other than the addressee. All international deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or Signed For delivery, so please ensure there is a person present at your delivery address to sign for the order. Please note that any duties and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling £ / Euros € / US Dollars $ depending on the shipping address.

Due to the new tariff rules imposed by the US government, we were unable to ship to the US for a while. This has now been fixed! You'll pay any applicable duties or customs fees during checkout, so you should have no surprise charges when your parcel is delivered.
