We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Promotion and Discount Terms

Occasionally, Estella Bartlett will offer promotional codes at points of sale. Estella Bartlett has the right to further reduce its products and are unable to refund the difference to customers.

Please note that the below terms apply:

  • Offers and discount codes can only be redeemed against any order placed on https://estellabartlett.com.
  • The discount code cannot be combined with any other discount codes.
  • Some product restrictions may apply.
  • To receive your birthday code, please ensure you are signed up to our loyalty programme.
  • Your loyalty points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity. To redeem your points, simply go to checkout and choose how many points you would like to use.
  • Offers cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
  • Promotions are only available at https://estellabartlett.com and is not valid in any Estella Bartlett stockists.

  • Refunds will take into account the discount.
  • If you purchase something within a Gift With Purchase promotion and you wish to return it, you will also need to return the gift you received if it falls below the Gift With Purchase threshold.
  • Offer does not include delivery charges or gift wrap.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.

E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  • The e-gift card can only be redeemed against products at Estellabartlett.com in the currency the e-gift card was purchased in.
  • The e-gift card is not valid at any of our stockists.
  • The e-gift card has a minimum activation value of £10 and maximum value of £200.
  • Once the e-gift card has been purchased, the amount loaded onto the e-gift card cannot be changed.
  • The e-gift card can be used more than once until there is a balance of £0 left on the card.
  • More than one e-gift card can be used towards a purchase.
  • An e-gift card cannot be used to purchase another e-gift card.
  • Promo codes cannot be used to purchase an e-gift card.
  • The e-gift card can be used alongside a promo code towards a purchase.
  • The e-gift card balance can be applied to the final total in checkout (including taxes and shipping).
  • When purchasing an e-gift card, tax is not charged. When using the e-gift card to pay for an order, tax is then charged for.
  • A debit or credit card may be used in conjunction with the e-gift card when the order total is higher than the balance of the e-gift card.
  • The balance will be refunded onto the e-gift card when an order using the e-gift card only is returned.
  • If payment for an order used both an e-gift card and credit/debit card, the total refunded amount will be loaded back on to the e-gift card with the remaining amount being refunded to the credit/debit card.   • The e-gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Estella Bartlett is not responsible if an e-gift card gets lost or used without permission.
  • The customer has the right to cancel their e-gift card within 14 days of purchase if none of the balance has been used.
  • Estella Bartlett reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, including the cancellation of the e-gift card if deemed necessary.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.

 

Klarna Terms and Conditions

  • In cooperation with Klarna, Estella Bartlett offers the following payment options: (1) pay later in 30 days, (2) pay later in 3 instalments.

  • You will receive an email from Klarna within 2 days of purchase outlining payment instructions (as well as your usual Estella Bartlett confirmation email). If you selected the 30-day payment plan, you will have 30 days to complete the payment; if you selected the instalment plan, you will pay your first instalment on the day you placed your order, followed by an instalment at 30 days and, finally, 60 days (note: this is only eligible in the UK).

  • To place an order via Klarna, simply: (1) select Klarna as your payment option at checkout, (2) enter the required information and know immediately if your purchase has been accepted, (3) receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase, due date(s), and other relevant information, (4) contact Estella Bartlett hello@estellabartlett.com or Klarna customer service at any time with questions about your purchase, or see Klarna’s FAQs here.

  • If you wish to return items from an order paid for via Klarna, and your payment due date is near, we recommend marking the item as returned in the Klarna portal here. (note: we do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.

  • Your right to return items isn’t affected by the payment period, and you’ll only have to pay for the items that you keep.

  • Once your return has been completed by Estella Bartlett, you’ll get an updated invoice from Klarna.

  • You will receive your refund from Klarna within 5-7 working days to your chosen account.

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s privacy statement and Klarna’s Buyer Protection.

  • No card details are transferred to or held by Estella Bartlett. All transactions take place by connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.

Clearpay Terms and Conditions

What is Clearpay?

Clearpay is a payment service that lends customers a fixed amount of credit to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic instalments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest (late fees apply). Please use Clearpay responsibly.

The service is provided by Clearpay Finance Ltd. Clearpay Plans are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

 

What is Clearpay?

Just shop on Merchant Site and check out as normal. At checkout, choose the Clearpay payment method. You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa, Mastercard or Amex).

If you've used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account.

Then complete your order!

 

 Where can I use Clearpay?

 Who can use Clearpay?

Clearpay is only available to permanent UK residents aged 18+ (excluding Channel Islands) with a UK billing address.

Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to use Clearpay or create a Clearpay account.

 How does the Clearpay payment schedule work?

Clearpay will split the total value of your order into 4 instalments payable every fortnight. The exact amounts and dates will be displayed for you to agree to before you confirm your purchase.

If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into your Clearpay account to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

 What if I can't pay a Clearpay instalment?

If you cannot make a payment, please contact Clearpay here.

As soon as you miss a payment, Clearpay will immediately stop you from making any further purchases with Clearpay.

Clearpay will give you until 11pm on the following day to make your repayment and then you will incur a late fee if you are still not able to make the payment by then. This will be an initial £6 and a further fee of £6 if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. If your order is less than £24, the total late fee will be £6. If your order is £24 or over, total late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order or £24, whichever is less.

 

Clearpay debt may be passed to a debt collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future. We encourage you to use Clearpay responsibly. Please see Clearpay Terms of Service for further details.

 When will my items be delivered if I use Clearpay?

Clearpay orders are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes like any order from Merchant Site.

 Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Clearpay transaction?

Yes, your order value including shipping must be between Merchant Minimum Order and £1000 to use Clearpay. Your maximum order value may be lower depending on factors such as being a new customer or your payment history.

 

 Can I use another form of payment with Clearpay?

Yes, you may also use a gift card, cash, or a promotional code with Clearpay to pay for your purchase.

 How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Clearpay?

Items purchased with Clearpay follow our standard return process.

Please note, refunds for Clearpay purchases will be refunded from Merchant Site ​to Clearpay. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.

When the refund is processed, any upcoming payments you have to Clearpay will be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded back to the card you paid with. Please note that until the merchant has confirmed the receipt of any return goods, you will be liable to continue to make your payments to Clearpay.
