where is my order? / can I track my parcel?

We dispatch orders via Royal Mail or InPost. All orders are sent with a trackable service. If you would like to track your order, you can do so by checking the email we send with tracking info; logging into your Estella Bartlett account or contacting our customer service team at hello@estellabartlett.com.

do you offer gift packaging?

We do offer gift packaging to make your gifts that extra bit special. Simply tick the ‘Add Gift Packaging’ option at checkout and enter your gift message (if you would like to include a gift note). Please note that only one gift note will be included with your order. To purchase additional gift bags, please click here.

can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on orders. You may return item(s) for a refund if they are unused, unworn and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for earrings, unless faulty, and personalised products, including charms and packaging. For more information on retuns, please see our Delivery & Returns page.
