Please note that due to the new trade deal agreement between the UK and the EU you might experience some delays with your order. Our Customer Services team are in constant communication with our logistic partners to try and minimise the transit time.
As a valued customer of Estella Bartlett, we appreciate these delays are disappointing and we are grateful to all our customers for their continued patience during this period of adjustment.
Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day.

PLEASE NOTE: Estella Bartlett can accept no responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other than the addressee. All international deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or Signed For delivery, so please ensure there is a person present at your delivery address to sign for the order. Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Transactions are processed in US Dollar ($).

Gift Wrapping Available
We offer gift wrapping for all our products (excluding hand bags and backpacks). If you wish for your purchases to be gift wrapped, please select this option at the checkout. Please note the printed invoice will be removed for all gift wrapped orders. If you are placing a large order, or you would like only select products to be gift wrapped, please let us know at [email protected], and we will do our best to help.
We’re not satisfied unless you’re 100% happy with your Estella Bartlett purchase. We will issue a refund on unused and unworn items (excluding earrings, unless faulty) returned within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure you request proof of postage and keep this safe until you hear from us. We’ll give you a full refund within 14 days of receiving your return, via the same method you used to pay.
TO RETURN AN ITEM: Visit our online returns portal here and complete all the relevant details. Then simply print out the returns label, attach it to the front of your package containing the items you wish to send back, and take it to your nearest Post Office. Please note, you will be responsible for covering the cost of postage for returned items unless the product is faulty. We advise that all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept returns unless signed for by a member of Estella Bartlett staff.
